Shipping Policy

You’ll receive a notification via email with a tracking code once the package is packed and ready to ship. Please allows a few days for the tracking code to be activated. We ship worldwide from Malaysia.

Taxes

VAT taxes are not included in the prices for our products. The shipping costs do not include local VAT or import duties. If applicable, VAT taxes may vary depending on where you live in the world. If your country requires VAT or import duties, you will be asked to pay them upon import.

We ship all around the world! International delivery costs vary depending on location and weight, please select the items you are interested in and you will see a postage quote during checkout according to weight and delivery location. If you can't find a shipping option while you check out for your country, please let me know!

Regarding Cancellation and Refund

There will be NO CANCELLATION or REFUND once order placed. Please be considerate before you placed an order. Please understand that as an individual small bussiness, we couldn't bear more extra transaction fees on the refund and cancellation.

Damage and Issues

Please keep in mind that most of my products are purely handmade and produced with very much care in a home studio, although I always do my best to make sure everything is in the best condition before I put them up to shop, but there's still a chances to have tiny imperfections on them. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you've receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
